My First Ever Post

I am a little nervous for this blog because I am not a huge talker, but I am excited to share with you my creations and my work. But first, a little bit about myself. I am an original San Franciscan, born and raised, living in the Bay Area. When I grew up, everyone said “hi” to you. We were a bubble – everyone was more chillaxed before the big the tech boom. I love the old SF vibe and want to bring that to my company.

As a woman who has had typical female issues, I want to create products that work for me, and I want to share them with you as well. That is why I created Blake’s Naturals.

My vision for this company is to create all-natural skin care and hair care for women, as there are not enough products that cater specifically to us, especially women of color. My goal is to help people switch from big brand chemical-heavy products to safer, all-natural, and environmentally friendly products.

And I have plenty of options for men too, including odor-eliminating body soaps like an orange patchouli batch I’ve made, and at some points beard kits, and even soaps for pets. 

As I’ve started on this journey, what has made me happiest is hearing the success and enjoyment people report from using my soaps. So please tell me what your problems are and what you need help with, and I will commit to solving whatever skin care issue you may have.
