One of the features of this blog is sharing my products, especially those I’m most excited about. I’ve enjoyed making soaps more than I ever imagined, but the soap that is currently my favorite is the Lavender Mint Yoni.
First of all, it’s beautiful — a work of art. The colors are so vibrant and vivid – neon swirls, pink, blue, orange and white.
Second, my recipe is original (as far as I know). Part of the fun of making soap is using the soap making process to express my creativity. Blake’s Natural’s are all my own recipes. I don’t search for or use other people’s recipes.
The ingredients are wonderful and all natural. I love mint, which I pull directly out of the garden for this batch. I also use infused Calendula flowers, which is nourishing and conditioning for your skin.
Finally, the soap feels amazing. It has a cooling sensation in your sensitive areas and tingling on your skin. The natural acidity in the soap doesn’t disturb your vaginal PH balance.
Making this soap is real work, but a labor of love. It only takes an hour or so to make (with a little elbow grease), but it takes about 4-6 weeks to cure, to let any excess water evaporate which will leave you with a harder and longer lasting bar of soap.
While Yoni soaps are a large part of my product line, I’m hoping that the Lavender Mint Yoni in particular will be one of my best sellers. I’ve made a few batches so far, but I’m waiting for you to tell me whether you love it as much as I do before starting a next.
